Add a sales channel

Add one manual marketplace shop or account so orders and tax registrations can refer to the correct source.

Before you start

Sign in with permission to manage Company settings. Have the shop or account name and an exact account reference ready. A shop connected through a connector is added automatically; use this form only for a manual shop or account.

Steps

1. Open Sales channels

   Open Company, then open Sales channels.

2. Start a channel

   Select Add channel. One channel should represent one concrete marketplace shop or account.

3. Enter the account

   Enter a clear Channel name and the Account reference used to identify that shop or account.

4. Save the channel

   Select Save channel and wait for Sales Channel saved. If the tax-registration dialog opens, add a registration only when it belongs to this exact marketplace account; otherwise cancel it.

Expected result

The manual channel appears in Sales channels with the Manual status and is available where YiTaiCOS asks for an exact Sales Channel.

If something goes wrong

• Save channel is unavailable: both Channel name and Account reference are required.
• The shop is already connected through a connector: refresh Sales channels instead of creating a duplicate manual channel.
• The channel cannot be saved: read the displayed message, confirm your permission, and check whether the same account already exists before retrying.
