Connect YunExpress
Verify and save a YunExpress account, then choose the services that Dispatch may use.
Before you start
Sign in with connector-management permission. Get the Customer code, Open Platform App ID, Source key and Open Platform Key from the YunExpress account. The OMS API secret is optional when that account uses the same Open Platform key. Keep all credentials private.
Steps
Open the connector
Open Company > Connectors. Select Add connector, find YunExpress Carrier, and select Connect.
Enter account details
Enter the Customer code. Under Provider credentials, enter the Open Platform App ID, Source key from YunExpress and Open Platform Key / App secret. Enter an OMS API secret only when YunExpress issued a separate one for batch labels.
Verify and connect
Select Verify connection. After verification succeeds, select Connect. YiTaiCOS then opens the YunExpress settings.
Choose services
In Services, load the available services when needed. Add only the product codes this organisation uses and mark one as Default.
Enable the connector
Open Runtime policy, turn on Enable connector, enable only the operations the organisation needs, and select Save. If YunExpress is the only ready carrier it may become the default automatically; otherwise select Set as default when required.
Expected result
YunExpress is saved and enabled with a selected default service. Label automation still needs an allowed label operation and a linked default warehouse before it can be enabled in a stage.
If something goes wrong
- Verification fails: recheck the Customer code, App ID, Source key and Open Platform Key. YiTaiCOS does not create a YunExpress Source key; ask YunExpress support or the account manager if it is missing.
- No services load: save the verified connection first, then retry and check the YunExpress account permissions.
- Connect is unavailable: verification is required, connector-management permission may be missing, or no connector slot is available.
