Find an answer in Help

Search the published guides and open a relevant article without leaving the Help interface.

Before you start

You can search public articles without signing in. Choose a few words that describe the task or problem.

Steps

1. Open Help and type your question into the composer at the bottom of the page.
2. Review the matching articles shown above the composer. Select an article, or press Enter to open the highlighted result.
3. Read the article inside the same interface. Use Search another question to return to article search.
4. After opening an article, use the same composer for a follow-up. If there is no matching article, confirm the search to continue with your question. Sign in if the conversation requires it.

Expected result

You have either found a relevant guide or reached the follow-up step with the context of your question.

If something goes wrong

• If no article matches, try the feature name or fewer words. An empty result does not mean your question cannot be sent.
• Articles are language-specific. A guide may not yet be available in every language.
• For a follow-up, describe what you tried and the result. Include a visible error code if available, but leave out passwords and private customer details.
