Sign in to YiTaiCOS

Open your workspace using an email address or the username provided by your workspace administrator.

Before you start

Have your account details ready. A workspace username may be different from an email address.

Steps

1. Open the YiTaiCOS sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address, or enter your workspace and username as workspace/username. If you enter only a username, the next step asks for the workspace.
3. Continue and follow the sign-in method shown for your account. Enter your password when prompted, or use the email sign-in link if that option is offered.
4. If prompted after signing in, replace the temporary password before continuing into your workspace.

Expected result

You can open the areas your workspace account has permission to use. Ask your workspace administrator if an expected area is unavailable.

If something goes wrong

• For a workspace username, check the workspace name as well as the username. Use the back action to correct the identifier.
• If your account has no email address, email sign-in and email password recovery are unavailable. Contact your workspace administrator for account recovery.
• Keep passwords and sign-in links private. Do not paste them into a support message.
