Browse the Customer list
Find customer and company contact details in the rebuilt CRM list.
Before you start
Sign in with Customer read or management permission.
Steps
-
Open CRM to view the Customer list.
-
Search by customer or company name, email, phone, region or country. Reloading preserves the search.
-
Use Product groups on the left to filter by an existing Product category. Unassigned shows customers without an active category assignment. Clear the filter to return to all customers. Use Name A–Z or Name Z–A to sort; search, category, sorting and page size survive reload.
-
Use Advanced to apply company, name, email, phone, region, status or priority filters. Apply filters resets pagination and keeps the other search/category/sort choices. Remove a filter chip or choose Clear all, then reload to confirm the saved URL filters.
-
Review the customer/company, email, phone and region/country columns. An available customer image appears on the right.
-
Use the page controls and choose 25, 50, 100 or 200 rows per page. Searching starts from the first page.
-
With Customer management permission, choose Add customer. Select Business customer or Private customer, complete the existing form and save. The dialog closes and the list refreshes. Existing filters may exclude the new customer; clear them or search by its name. Validation or save errors keep your entered data in the dialog.
-
Select a customer row, or focus it and press Enter or Space, to open profile details in a dialog. With Customer management permission, choose Edit customer, update the existing business or private profile fields and save. The dialog closes and the list refreshes. Reopen after reload to check the saved values. A failed save keeps your draft; a failed profile load offers Retry.
Expected result
The list shows matching customers in your current workspace. Customer profile viewing and editing use dialogs. Previous full-dossier Orders, Finance entries, address/contact management and campaign tools are not yet part of the rebuilt CRM.
If something goes wrong
- If the list cannot load, use Retry. An unavailable list is different from no matching customers. Customer pictures are not currently supplied by the existing customer data; no image is invented.
