Adjust Fulfillment stages
Rename stages, add a middle stage, and configure the fields and actions used in each Fulfillment step.
Before you start
Sign in with permission to manage the Stage Blueprint. Check which stages currently contain active orders before removing or substantially changing a step.
Steps
Open Stages
Open Orders > Order settings and select Stages.
Choose a stage
Select a stage from the stage list to open its blueprint. Use Overview, Fields and Automation to move between its settings.
Edit the basics
In Overview, update the Stage name, Description or icon when the operator meaning of the step changes. A saved Stage key stays stable.
Set the fields
In Fields, choose which order fields are visible and which missing values must block forward movement. Fields required by automatic label creation stay locked while that automation is on.
Set the automation
In Automation, configure only the actions used in this stage, such as label creation, pickup, item scanning or packing confirmation. Follow the Stage readiness messages before enabling a carrier action.
Add or remove a stage
Use Add stage to insert a new middle stage. Delete stage is available only for a removable stage without active orders; the start and end of the pipeline remain protected.
Save changes
Select Save changes. If YiTaiCOS reports a validation problem, return to the named stage, correct it, and save again.
Expected result
The saved Stage Blueprint becomes the workflow used by Orders, including its visible fields, movement checks and enabled automation.
If something goes wrong
- A stage cannot be deleted: move its active orders to another valid stage first. Protected start or end stages cannot be removed.
- A Required switch is locked: automatic label creation needs that field. Open the named stage's Automation settings and turn off automatic labels before changing the requirement.
- Saved stages cannot be loaded: the page may show default stages temporarily. Do not save over them until the workspace connection is restored.
