Enable automatic label creation
Create a carrier label when an order enters one chosen Fulfillment stage.
Before you start
Use an enabled carrier connection that can create labels. For YunExpress, save at least one enabled service and a default service. Set a default carrier and default warehouse, then link that warehouse to the carrier pickup address.
Steps
Allow label creation
In Company > Connectors, open the carrier's Runtime policy. Turn on Enable connector and Allow label creation, then save the settings and set the carrier as the default shipping service.
Check the default service
For YunExpress, open Services. Confirm that at least one product code is enabled and one is marked Default, then save.
Link the warehouse
Open Company > Warehouses, open the default warehouse's connector links, and select the carrier pickup address under Shipping. Save changes.
Choose the stage
Open Orders > Order settings > Stages. Select the stage in which the label should be created, then open Automation.
Turn on automatic labels
Turn on Auto-create carrier label in this stage. If another stage already owns automatic label creation, turn it off there first.
Save the blueprint
Select Save changes. Review any Stage readiness message and complete the displayed connector, warehouse or field requirement before trying the workflow.
Expected result
When an eligible order enters the selected stage, YiTaiCOS requests a label from the default carrier. Missing order or carrier requirements stop the action and remain visible for correction.
If something goes wrong
- The automatic-label switch is unavailable: follow the displayed setup action for the default carrier, label permission, default warehouse or warehouse link.
- The setting is already configured: automatic label creation can belong to only one stage. Disable it in the named stage before choosing another.
- An order reaches the stage without a label: open its label-creation review, correct the highlighted requirement, and retry from the existing order.
